Get ready for an exciting and fun-filled recreational 7v7 soccer league for players of all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking to get active and meet new friends, this league is the perfect place to enjoy the game in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Teams will compete weekly in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork, fitness, and fun.

Teams of seven will compete on U10 fields, making for fast-paced, exciting matches that focus on teamwork and enjoyment. Each team must field at least two players of each sex at all times.

WINTER SEASON

• Location: Shelburne Field House
• Team Format: 7v7 Coed
• Age Group: Adults (16+)
• Skill Level: All levels welcome
• Season Duration: January - April
• Game Days: Wednesday (D1 & D2), Thursdays (D3 & D4)
• Game Times: 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, or 10pm

SPRING - SUMMER SEASON

• Location: Essex Tree Farm & Rec Facility
• Team Format: 7v7 Coed
• Age Group: Adults (16+)
• Skill Level: All levels welcome
• Season Duration: May - August
• Game Days: Wednesday
• Game Times: 6pm or 7pm

FALL SEASON

• Location: Shelburne Field House
• Team Format: 7v7 Coed
• Age Group: Adults (16+)
• Skill Level: All levels welcome
