Twin State CuP
WHAT IS THE TWIN STATE CUP?
The Twin State Cup brings together selected Vermont and New Hampshire players for a series of all-star soccer matches. What began as a high school tradition has expanded to include Adult Men’s, Adult Co-Ed, and, beginning in 2026, Adult Women’s divisions.
EVENT FORMAT & KEY FEATURES
VT Allstars compete agains NH All-Stars.
The host state alternates each year between VT & NH.
Team rosters are selected from top players throughout each state's community.
The even celebrates state pride, sportsmanship, and regional soccer excellence.
Multiple divisions allow players of different backgrounds and experiences to participate in the tradition.
TWIN STATE CUP HISTORY
Twin State Cup begins as a VT vs NH High School All-Star tradition.
Adult Men's Twin State Cup is added.
First Adult Co-Ed Twin State Cup match is played.
First Adult Women's Twin State Cup match is added.
