Celebrate the start of the Vermont Green FC season at Green State Cup presented by Zero Gravity! Hosted by Social Sports VT, and with live appearances from Vermont Green FC players and coaches, this community-first event blends a fun, social soccer tournament with a full-on festival atmosphere. Come play, hang, and connect with fellow fans while enjoying appearances from VGFC players and coaches, autograph sessions, and team talks. Zero Gravity will be on site pouring craft beer and bringing exclusive merch, making it the perfect place to kick off the season with friends, soccer, and good vibes. Whether you're playing or just showing up for the energy, this is where VGFC, Zero Gravity craft beer, and the community come together.

Event Details:
- Date: Sunday, May 17
- Time: 11:00 AM – ~5:00 PM
- Location: Saint Michael's College - Turf Field
- Teams: 16 total (8 per division)
Schedule:
- Group Play: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- VGFC Team Talk + Meet & Greet: ~ 2:30 - 4:00 PM
- Final Round: Immediately after VGFC team talk
Top teams from each division advance to finals.
Divisions:
- Division 1 (social - advanced/intermediate)
- Division 2 (social - Intermediate/beginner)
Format:
- 5v5 open play (no goalkeepers)
- Pug goals
- No offsides
- No slide tackling
- Co-ed/open play (men and women, no requirements)
- 3 guaranteed games per team
- 25-minute matches
